All your orders are aimed to be despatched and delivered to you as soon as possible from the time of your order, approximately 3-5 working days on our regular products for UK Mainland orders only. Also we will always aim to keep you updated on where your order is and when you will receive your parcel. To guarantee you always receive your item, they are all sent by Recorded Delivery so will require a signature upon delivery
However please allow up to 21 days for delivery for any orders that you wish to have embroidered or printed, items that are out of stock, and any we may have to have imported to suit your needs. Our range of Snickers Workwear may take up to 14 days and for any Catalogue Orders you place, please allow up to 7-10 days from time of order although it may usually be quicker than that.
Orders that are placed Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 4:30pm are dealt with and despatched the same day to be with you as soon as possible.

If you are not happy with your product, its size, or whatever it may be that you did not expect, we do offer a returns policy but under our strict guidelines so that all customers issues are dealt with equally and that there are no disparities. The product should be in the same condition you received it in with all tags still attached. However we do understand it may have been tried for size.
If you wish to return a product please do so within 7 days of receipt and inform us that you wish to return the product by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or ring us on 01274 541179. When sending the product please include documents which inform us of your Name, Address, Email, Date of delivery, and the fault with the product as well as the receipt of your item. Where applicable we shall refund you within 7 days of receiving the product from you. When applicable 30% of the carriage costs shall be covered by Us as an act of goodwill however if a receipt of postage is not provided the cost shall not be covered by ourselves.
When the item has been received by us we shall where appropriate, refund, exchange or replace your item and send it back to you at the earliest possible date.
