All prices and refunds are in pounds sterling (GBP). We only sell to customers with a UK delivery address.

Changed your mind? 14 days to return

If you buy online you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us within that 14 days by emailing sales@steelis.co.uk or calling 01274 541179 with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached, so we can resell them. You can try clothing and footwear on indoors to check the size and fit, as you would in a shop.

Items we cannot take back unless faulty

• Anything embroidered, printed or personalised for you (including items with your logo).
• Sealed hygiene and disposable products (for example face masks, ear plugs, disposable gloves and coveralls) once the seal or packaging has been opened.
• Items made or ordered to your specification.

How to send items back

Please contact us first, then post the items with your order number to: Steelis Workwear Ltd, 544 Thornton Road, Bradford BD8 9NB. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you pay the cost of returning it. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Your refund

We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge you paid (not any extra you paid for a faster service) to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items back. We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than was needed to check it.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible. We will collect it or refund your return postage and offer a repair, replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we will arrange the swap. Ordered-in items are re-ordered from the supplier and take 5 to 7 working days.
